We all need fuel. And without the assistance, inspiration of others and advice, our mind stops and we get stuck.

1:1 Coaching is to help you meet your personal and professional goals by shifting your focus to the right direction.

During one month, we will create a clear and very specific goal. We will also help you map out your true values and beliefs. The second step, we will remove any limiting beliefs that is holding you back. The final session, we begin to change your mindset by going through the plan and structure that every successful person is following. All, by using tools within NLP.

There is no specific formula for the sessions. Everyone of us has their unique path. Each coaching session is therefore different.

The key to happiness is Progress. Ask yourself: Is it something that you feel that is missing in your life? If so, then you’re probably not fulfilling your full potential.

You always have two options in life: to remain where you are or to start taking action.

Each sessions will typically last between 45 minutes and 60 minutes. Sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, over email, via Skype and occasionally through instant messaging. 

During the session, you will be asked some questions, such as what you want to get out of life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself ending up. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
